1) Select your disc with a CZ Gemstone or all metal charm without a CZ Gemstone.

2) Select your desired necklace length.

3) Enter your item details in the personalization box and add it to your cart: Enter the letter and color of cz you would like. All initials will be uppercase unless you specify you want lowercase.
