A dramatic drop pendant studded with pearls and a blue turquoise cabochon.

The piece was originally an antique hat pin (circa 1880) transformed by removing the pin stem and adding a 14k gold bail. It measures 1.3 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.5 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
