This finely handcrafted ear accessory is composed of 14K solid gold and genuine AAA quality round brilliant cut natural real Black Diamonds which are hand pavé'd all the way around the cuff and accented with black rhodium plating in the inner channel between the diamonds. This classic style ear cuff needs no piercings as it slips on and off while wrapping around helix/cartilage section of one's ear. This earring has been tried and tested to virtually fit all ear types.
